Petrofuel (T) Limited have begun construction on 3 stations in Dar es Salaam, Tanga and Songea and plan a further expansion reaching a total of 5 stations by the end of 2022.
This marks a change in strategy by the company which has previously focused on its retail distribution network. Chief Operating Officer, Adithya S. Kumar, stated that the company is on the path of rediscovering itself having introduced the retail distribution of petroleum products in the country in 2007 and dominating it ever since. Petrofuel now plans to conquer new uncharted territories.
